KRISTEN is our “Head ‘Roo,” or more officially, Founder and Owner of The Green Kangaroo. She has taken TGK from its conception as a dream of entrepreneurship and built it into a thriving player in the online stationery industry. Kristen’s role is to steer the direction of the company and, like any good business owner, has her hand in everything from new design development to the business finances and accounting (admittedly the least favorite part of her job!).

Kristen pulls her daily inspiration from the creative energy and wealth of ideas spun by the ‘Roo Crew and loves nothing more than seeing her team flourish as they explore exciting new directions for TGK. Back at home Kristen is supported by her super-friendly husband, Michael, and two precious kiddos, Rachel Roo and The Cam Man. She’s an ace in the kitchen, and a decent pianist too; and if she can kick back outside with a glass of wine and her family, you won’t find a happier gal.
