
Gather supplies: (yields 1)
- 2 oz Goslings Dark Rum
- 1 tbsp Gingerbread Essence
- 1 oz Pumpkin Molasses
- 1/2 oz Chilled Coffee
- Splash of Kahlua
- 1 Gingerbread Cookie (garnish)
Mix it up:
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a gingerbread cookie!
This drink should really get about 10 kangaroos because it combines a few of our favorite fall flavors into one cool cocktail! The Pumpkin Gingerbread Cocktail is THE drink of autumn. With coffee and Kahlua too, it’s a treat to be enjoyed all month long!
