This week was a short one, but, boy, was it still busy! Lori has been up at night getting ready for Noah’s 2nd birthday party tomorrow and I’ve been up finalizing wedding plans and decor. September is one very busy month, but it is also my favorite. You know, the blog even celebrates a birthday this month.
This week we caught up with Kristen on the blog, we met Jeff Jessee, owner of A Giftful Heart, and Monica shared a guest post showcasing wedding backdrops! Don’t forget next week we’ll have our giveaway on Monday!
A big shout-out to Noah today… it’s his 2nd birthday! Have a great safari party, little guy!

Just a quick sneak peek of some fabric birds I’ve been working on for our wedding (which is 9 days away!).

I love the soft, romantic way these beautiful dresses look hanging together. They are all slightly different hues and materials, and yet, the look works. The bride calls it “1920s Great Gatsby meets country chic”. I call it, “lovely.” – Lori *Photograph by Gabrielle and Carin Photography
