
Gather supplies: (yields 8 cups)
- 1 1/2 c Light Rum
- 3 c Fresh Orange Juice
- 3 c Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 3 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 tbsp Cranberry Juice
- 2 tbsp Grenadine
- Ice
- Lime, sliced for garnish
Mix it up:
- In large pitcher, combine rum, juices, and grenadine.
- Stir well until blended.
- Pour into ice filled glasses, garnished with lime slices.
- Sip and enjoy!
I tasted Rum Punch for the first time last year on vacation in Turks & Caicos. It cracked me up that our snorkeling tour guides were offering it to us at 9am, but hey, when in Rome (er, Turks), right?! This recipe kicks our 0n-the-fly-boat-version up a notch with fresh fruit juices and Grenadine. Actually, it’s even pretty good for you… and perfect for a summery evening gathering.
