Branded: Paloma’s Nest

Paloma’s Nest may best be known for their simple and sweet ring bearer bowls, however, the brand has grown over the years to incorporate a stunning range of handcrafted modern heirlooms.  Using natural materials, Caroline Colom Vasquez, her husband, Jose, and their team create sentimental and inspirational pieces that will be treasured for years to come.

The beauty of Caroline’s work is that it is pure and simple.  Wood, cloth, clay, porcelain, and paper are cut and shaped by hand, enhanced with sweet messages, resulting in keepsakes that are organically subtle in appearance, yet boldly heartfelt in meaning.  This month we have put together a wedding day look based on the natural color and stylings of Paloma’s Nest.

Brand Tip:  Precious personal details add so much to your wedding day!  Pick pieces that will not only play a role in your wedding, but that can be enjoyed even after your big day.  Paloma’s Nest ring bearer bowls can be used on a nightstand to catch a pair of earrings before bed, or a bouquet tile can hang as an everyday ornament in your office.

My favorite local shop is called Country Home. They sell items from different people whether it’s handmade or antique. You’ll always find something different when you go in there! These Paloma dishes are super cute and would make an excellent photo opportunity as well as an adorable to dish to store your jewelry in when you must take it off.

Love Paloma’s Nest! I would love one of these for my bedside table after the wedding. My favorite local artist is Michele Hatty Fritz at Meant to Be Calligraphy. She does amazing work, and sells custom return address stamps on her Etsy shop. Check her out:

I love Paloma’s Nest products, but don’t have one yet. I am in love with all of Etsy.com and have spent far too much money on hats for my kids, tiny pendants for myself, and interesting wares for the hubby.

My wedding is on march 3rd and I would love to have one of these bowls. Think it would be a super cute photo to have our wedding rings in the dish that has our names or just married in it.
