Celebration: 365 Days of Noah

Around here, weddings (and all-things-wedding-related) are our first love. Lately, however, the pitter patter of little feet- and a newly launched line of birth announcements by The Green Kangaroo- have created some competition for our affection!

It seems only fair that I should dedicate our first Little Joeys article to my very own Little Joey- Noah. He is my muse after all!

Noah (isn’t he a handsome devil?) recently reached a BIG milestone- he turned ONE! (Special thanks to my friend, Kristi, of Kristi B Photography for capturing my sweet boy so perfectly!) I felt this occasion needed an equally BIG celebration. We are so proud of him, his accomplishments and, of course, our own. We survived our first year of parenthood. Yay! So, in true TGK fashion, I went all out to ensure that his party was one that he (okay, I) would always remember!

Inspired by an adorable party featured on On to Baby (one of my favorite baby blogs), and with the help of some amazing TGK party invitations and custom paper products, I created an unique blue & orange themed extravaganza for my boy.

Ever the charmer, Noah was in perfect spirits for his party! He dove face first into his cake and carefully assisted in the opening of his presents. It was a special day- one that I know I will always hold dear to my heart.

Everything at the party was creative and smart looking. I wish I had the help of TGK when we were doing our own children’s parties. Keep up the good work.
