I cannot believe it is already September; it seems only yesterday I was wishing for the snow to melt and the sun to shine.  Now summer has nearly passed and fall is beginning to tempt us.

Being a September baby myself, I just had to include sapphires in this month’s (and our first!) Color Theory inspiration board.  Selecting an additional color was a bit trickier, a lot like picking out which top to wear with your favorite dark jeans.  You really can’t go wrong mixing dark blue hues with any color; however, I went with a fresh pop of “Granny Smith” apple green.  So here’s to apple season, cooler nights, and September goodness!
