And we’re off!

Hello and welcome!  Today is the official launch of our new blog, Between Designs!  The ‘Roo Crew has been hard at work this summer planning and organizing this new project and we are all so excited for you to enjoy it.

We are thrilled to share that we have a fantastic schedule of articles lined up; Between Designs will inspire you with beautiful imagery, spark your creativity with sweet crafty projects, and keep you up to date with what brides everywhere are loving.  As if that isn’t enough, we’ll be sharing real stories, behind-the-scenes sneak peeks, and great ideas for the mommies each month.  Like we said, it’s a pretty fantastic schedule…

Monday Ah’s – Inspiration boards to brighten your Monday and keep you “Oohing and Ahhing” all week.
Inside Our Studio – Blog Manager, Kimberly, takes you behind the scenes of The Green Kangaroo to show what it’s like to be in the ‘Roo Crew.
Fresh Forward – Fresh weekly trend updates to keep you one “jump” ahead of the rest.
Shout Out – Head ‘Roo, Kristen Klett, shares products, services and people that inspire and impress.
Weekly Rally – A short round-up of our favorite items from the blog for the week and other exciting treats.
Little Joeys – …then comes the baby carriage. ‘Roo Lori shares inspirational ideas for the littlest loves in our lives.
Handmade – Production Manager and DIY extraordinaire, Kristin, shares lovely projects and helpful tips to spark your creativity.
Uniquely You – Designeroo Katie showcases a customer’s special event and coordinating TGK stationery.
Botanical – Resident hortiholic and Production Assistant, Monica, introduces new and familiar flowers and plants.
Ask a ‘Roo – Answers to your everyday OR over-the-top wedding related questions from TGK’s Lori.

We asked Kristen Klett, owner of The Green Kangaroo, what excites her most about the new blog and she gladly responded, “Seeing the collective and individual personalities of the ‘Roo Crew shine online!”  We couldn’t agree more.

Though we’re all pretty pumped about Between Designs, we’d also like to give a big “Thank you!” to Elizabeth Baggett for her contribution to the TGK blog!

We welcome you to check out our bios and connect with us through Twitter and Pinterest (while we perfect our boards, have a look at what others are pinning from TGK).  We are all looking forward to this new adventure!

Yay! This is so exciting, such a huge fan of your work :) I’m a wedding calligrapher, and have done calligraphy on your envelopes and have seen your invites and place cards – and I’m totally in love.

I’m also a big blogger, and can’t wait to read your posts! Welcome to the blogosphere ;)

Oh yes, and I have a request for a “handmade” entry … I’ve been dying to learn how to create those amazing paper chandeliers from the booth! My new home office is screaming out for one.
