In 2 weeks, the TGK crew is heading to the Big Apple for the National Stationery Show! The whole team is pumped for the big trip to this amazing trade event.
We are giving our customers an early heads up that the studio will be closed May 16th and 17th while we are attending the National Stationery Show. We will re-open on Wednesday, May 18th. If you have an active order with us, be sure to note the following:
Depending on the date that you approve your proof, our special schedule/closings may or may not affect your order’s estimated ship date. Your estimated ship date is typically set for a certain number of business days after your proof approval. The dates that we are closed for the National Stationery Show will not count as “business days.” We wanted to make sure that you were aware of this so that there are no surprises when your estimated ship date is set!
Once we receive approval of your digital proofs, your order will go into production. The production time varies based on the product, and you can reference our handy estimated ship date table in our FAQs section. You will also receive notification via email regarding your estimated ship date, or the date your order is scheduled to leave our studio, once your proofs are approved.
